Gouda Old Cumin

Old cumin cheese with character. This Gouda Cheese is well-aged, giving it a strong structure. The cumin seeds give character to a relatively dry cheese. Surprisingly good on bread, but also perfectly suited to a cheese platter. Goes well with a craft beer or a fresh white wine.
